The problem
More feeds than any team can watch.
Operations centres rarely suffer from insufficient collection. They suffer from volume: more cameras, sensors and reporting channels than the people on shift can meaningfully attend to.
The engineering problem is not detection in isolation — it is surfacing the small number of events that genuinely need a decision, with enough surrounding context that an accountable person can make it, and with a record of why it was surfaced. Systems that raise too much are ignored within a week. Systems that raise too little are worse. Getting that threshold right is an operational design question as much as a technical one, and it has to be set with the people who will live with the consequences.

Who it is for
Intended users
- Authorised public-sector institutions
- Emergency management and civil protection agencies
- Critical infrastructure operators
- Approved security organisations
Expected outcomes
What changes
- Operator attention directed to events that warrant a decision
- A single operating picture assembled from sources that previously sat apart
- Incidents coordinated through one system with a complete record
- Every automated assessment traceable to its inputs and its threshold
- Infrastructure protection supported by continuous rather than sampled monitoring
Scope, limits and oversight
We work in this domain only with institutions authorised to operate such systems, and only on applications that are lawful in the jurisdiction of deployment. Our position is explicit: automated assessments are not infallible, they carry measurable error rates, and they must not replace accountable human judgement. Every system we build in this domain is designed around a named human decision-maker, with auditable logs, defined retention, and the ability to review why any alert was raised. We decline work where the intended use is unlawful, where meaningful human oversight is designed out, or where the application would target individuals without a lawful basis.
