Health Technology

Interoperability, workflow automation, patient engagement and analytics for healthcare organisations.

The problem

Clinicians spend their scarcest hours on data entry.

Clinical information is fragmented across record systems, devices, laboratories and departments — and the work of reconciling it falls to the people with the least time available.

Re-entry and reconciliation consume clinical hours that cannot be recovered, and fragmentation carries a safety cost as well as an efficiency one: a decision made without the full record is a worse decision. Meanwhile the operational questions — where the bottleneck is, which resource is the constraint, how long a pathway actually takes — are answerable in principle from data the organisation already holds, and in practice are not, because that data has never been brought together.

Capabilities

What we build in this domain

Interoperability

  • Electronic health record integration
  • Health data interoperability and exchange
  • Laboratory and device data integration
  • Secure health information management

Workflow and engagement

  • Healthcare workflow automation
  • Appointment, scheduling and resource management
  • Patient engagement platforms
  • Data extraction from clinical documents and forms

Analytics and support

  • Operational and pathway analytics
  • Capacity and resource reporting
  • Clinical decision-support software
  • AI-assisted image or signal analysis, where validated for the specific task

Who it is for

Intended users

  • Hospitals and hospital groups
  • Clinics and primary care networks
  • Diagnostic centres and laboratories
  • Healthcare networks and insurers
  • Public health institutions
  • Health technology providers requiring engineering capacity

Expected outcomes

What changes

  • Clinical and operational data available without manual re-entry
  • Administrative steps automated so clinical time returns to care
  • Pathway and capacity constraints measurable from source data
  • A complete record available at the point a decision is made
  • Patient-facing processes that reduce avoidable contact and missed appointments

Scope, limits and oversight

We make no claim of regulatory approval, diagnostic accuracy or clinical effectiveness for any software described on this page. Where a proposed application would constitute a medical device under the applicable regulatory framework, that determination, the conformity assessment and the clinical validation are prerequisites — not a later step — and we will scope the engagement on that basis. Decision-support output supports a clinician's judgement and never replaces it. Privacy, data protection, access control and auditability are designed in from the architecture stage.
